Packs.uz is a packaging manufacturer registered in Uzbekistan. The site provides our product catalog, pricing and contact details.
2. Orders & contracts
- Prices on the site are estimates — final price depends on product type, quantity, size and print quality;
- An order is official only after manager confirmation;
- Legal entities are served via contract;
- Large orders require 50% upfront payment.
3. Payment
We accept: cash, bank transfer, card (UzCard, Humo, Visa, MasterCard), Click, Payme, Uzum.
4. Delivery
- Stock items in Tashkent — within 24 hours, free;
- Custom orders — 1–7 business days;
- Regional shipping — by special tariff.
5. Quality guarantee
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001. If a product doesn't match the agreed specification, we'll replace it within 7 days or refund.
6. Intellectual property
All site materials (text, images, logos, design) are property of Packs.uz. Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Packs.uz is not liable for indirect damages from site use. The site is provided "as is".
8. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by Tashkent city courts.
